Quality of care is priority one

Our commitment to pets and their people is steadfast: We will provide the best possible service to ensure the highest standard of care. One of the ways we honour this commitment is ongoing learning and training. Last month, our Companion Animal Hospital staff became RECOVER certified. RECOVER is the only veterinary CPR certification recognized by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. It is a standardized method derived from the latest evidence-based CPR guidelines. Essentially, it is the highest standard of care. And we’re certified to deliver it.

Training and certifications always take time away from the pets we treat and care for. But our small pause on care to learn and earn this certification enables us to do the best paw-sible work for our favourite furry best pals. And that’s the most important thing.
